Crying Anemone Enamel Pin

This (over-)dramatic enamel pin shows a deep red anemone with a crying eyeball at its center and a tiny teardrop hanging below. Inspired by the Greek myth of Aphrodite’s tears turning into flowers where her lover Adonis died, it’s an eye-catching (heh) accessory with an interesting story behind it.

The pin comes with a backing card with a very short, beautiful version of the story written by Duncan Wilson, commissioned by me.
