This character artwork is by Vietnamese lotus tea, so called trà sen. It's green tea that gets stuffed inside Lotus flowers to absorb its scent, so I depicted the character in a Vietnamese ao dai surrounded by lotus flowers. She's of course liquid and translucent, and has a few petals inside her.
